Last year, Glenda sold over $15 million dollars worth of homes. She knows what she's doing.
In 1978, Glenda decided to become a Realtor. On her first day in her office, she got a call and got a listing. From that day on, she's been selling houses for thousands of clients. If you've lived in Macomb or Oakland County, chances are you've seen Glenda's yellow mailers, her signs in your neighborhood, or you've worked with her yourself. Perhaps you've even seen her on a Century 21 National TV commercial.
The experience Glenda has is exceptional, and she knows how to put it to work for you. When you list with Glenda, you know you are in the hands of someone who can guide you through your sale like no one else. She is the remarkable founder of the Lagrois Group.

So well prepared
“We were considering For Sale By Owner but knew of Glenda's reputation for moving homes. So, we ask here over for a free appraisal and expected a sales pitch for Century 21.
When Glenda came, she was so well prepared with pictures and prices of local comparables of sold by owner and sold by realtor prices. She put no pressure on us what so ever. But, it seemed clear we would get a better prices for our house and it would be much easier to let Glenda take over. She listed it at top dollar and opened it to other realtors immediately. After the first weekend of showing, Glenda brought us two offers and we accepted the best offer (a cash offer, for $5,000 less than our asking price). Done! Sold! And, Glenda arranged so we are staying in the house till we are ready to leave in September.
